Great News! We received a very positive response on the opportunity for WRC to bring in Coach Bob Koehler, the creator of the Body Balance Structural Evaluation program. Coach Bob will be with us for two different days. During his visit he will be working ‘one on one’ with 8 WRC members who have signed up for a small group training / evaluation sessions. In addition, Bob will be conducting a 90 minute lecture open to all WRC members at no cost. This lecture will provide a high level view of Bob’s perspective on training and conditioning. He will cover at a high level his philosophy on understanding and correcting specific flexibility and strength imbalances to help achieve a long, powerful and balanced rowing stroke, while at the same time reducing the risk of developing injuries or even eliminating chronic injuries.
